All these cards are accepted without the need to introduce a PIN code or pay any additional amount.

 

 

Were you unable to pay the toll amount due when passing through the toll booth?

Sometimes you cannot pay the amount due when passing through the toll booth due to:

  • You do not have your card with you and do not have any other payment means;
  • The system cannot read the card;
  • You do not have enough money.
     

If any of the situations above occurs at a toll booth assisted by tollman, you should request the issuing of invoice for subsequent payment. In these cases, the toll amount due with no extra charge must be paid within 8 days from the date of passage, using one of the following means:

  • At an ATM introduce reference numbers referred in respective invoice within 48 hours from respective issuing;
  • At any Brisa/Via Verde Store;
  • At any toll booth assisted by tollman.
     

Procedures to be followed for payment are detailed on the invoices (for invoices issued by the system that information can be found in the footer and on the handwritten invoices can be found  on the reverse).
